SpaceStash is a home inventory and reminder application designed to help users organize household items, track expiry dates, manage restock reminders, and store personal inventory preferences in one place.

Information we store

SpaceStash may store inventory items, categories, room locations, reminder settings, notification preferences, passcode preferences, session timer settings, theme and language preferences, and other user-entered inventory information.

Camera access

Camera access is used only when you choose Smart Inventory Scanner, Barcode Scanner, Receipt Scanner, or Product Label Scanner. These tools help capture product information and support inventory entry and review.

Notifications

Notifications are used only to send inventory reminders, expiry alerts, restock reminders, and other reminder types selected by the user. SpaceStash does not send unrelated notifications.

Ownership and storage

Information entered into SpaceStash belongs to the user. Data may be stored locally on the device and may also sync to cloud backup if the user enables a backup option. SpaceStash does not sell or share user data without permission.

Users are responsible for reviewing important dates, inventory details, AI predictions, and scanner results before relying on them. AI predictions and scanner output are intended to assist decision-making, not replace user review.

Premium subscription

SpaceStash Premium provides access to premium features including smart scanning, barcode scanning, receipt scanning, product label scanning, AI expiration prediction, calendar reminders, food waste tracking, and other premium inventory tools. Users may manage or cancel their subscription through their device's subscription settings.

Updates and acceptable use

SpaceStash may receive future updates, improvements, and new features over time. Misuse of the app, interference with its operation, or unauthorized access to its services is not permitted.
