1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AURUM: Al Wealth Guard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
AURUM is a subscription management and personal finance protection application. The App helps users track recurring subscriptions, identify potential savings, detect overspending, monitor price changes, and manage their spending through Al-powered insights and automated alerts.
The App includes the following features:
Bill & Subscription Management - Track and manage recurring bills and subscriptions.
Al Protection - Al-powered monitoring that detects duplicate charges, price increases, missed payments, and savings opportunities.
Finance Calendar — Calendar-based financial tracking to view income and expenses by date, with daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
Budget Categories - Budget management by category with customizable categories, icons, and spending limits.
Asset Manager & Net Worth - Track bank accounts, investments, property, savings, credit cards, loans, and debts to calculate total net worth.
Savings Challenges - Create savings goals and track progress.
Cash Flow - Monitor income vs. expenses and overall financial health.
Offline Mode - The App stores data locally and remains functional without internet connection. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
AURUM offers the following subscription tiers:
Basic Plan - $2.99/month: Up to 8 automated notifications per day covering price drops, duplicate service detection, billing issues, savings opportunities, and overspending alerts.
Silver Plan - $5.99/month: Up to 10 automated notifications per day with expanded monitoring including cheaper alternatives, insurance cost changes, and enhanced spending analysis.
Gold Plan - $10.99/month: Unlimited real-time notifications throughout the day covering all alert categories including suspicious charges, budget threshold alerts, and complete financial monitoring.
All notification limits reset daily (every 24 hours).
Subscription prices may vary depending on region and currency.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
4. Free Trial
If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Try AURUM Free for 3 Days: You will be charged after the trial period ends unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Automated Alerts and Notifications
• The App monitors your subscribed services, bills, and spending behavior to send automated alerts about price changes, savings opportunities, overspending, duplicate services, and other financial issues.
Notifications are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.
Users control notification preferences including the ability to mute specific alert categories, set quiet hours, and enable or disable push notifications at any time.
Alert frequency and types available depend on your subscription tier.
6. Finance Calendar, Budget, and Asset Management
The Finance Calendar allows users to record income and expense transactions by date and view daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries.
The Budget Category system allows users to create and manage spending budgets by category with visual tracking.
The Asset Manager allows users to manually enter financial accounts, investments, property, and debts. Net worth calculations are informational only and based on user-provided data.
All financial data is entered manually by the user. AURUM does not connect to or access external bank accounts, credit cards, or financial institutions.
7. Offline Functionality
The App supports offline mode for viewing and managing saved data without internet connection.
Data entered offline is synchronized with the server when connectivity is restored.
Users are notified when operating in offline mode.
8. User Profiles
The App does not require users to create an account or password. Users may optionally provide a name, preferred currency, and email address during profile setup. User data is stored securely on the device and on encrypted servers, and can be deleted at any time through Settings. 9. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
You must be at least 17 years old to use this App.
You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

AURUM provides financial information, alerts, and suggestions for informational purposes only.
The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Users should consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.
We do not guarantee specific savings or financial outcomes.
Automated alerts and net worth calculations are based on the data you provide. Accuracy depends on the completeness of your entries.
11. Limitation of Liability
AURUM and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to actions taken based on automated alerts or net worth calculations.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Appare owned by AURUM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All icons used in the App are original, generic vector icons. The App does not use or display any third-party company logos or trademarked imagery.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Finance Calendar transactions, budget categories, and asset/ liability data are stored securely on our servers and cached locally on your device for offline access.
Net worth calculations are based solely on the balances you manually enter and are for informational purposes only.
All icons and visual representations in the App are generic vector icons. No third-party company logos or trademarked images are used.

The App supports offline functionality by caching data locally on your device.
Data entered while offline is automatically synchronized with our servers when internet connectivity is restored.
