Repeat Challenge Terms of Use Last updated: 2026 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using Repeat Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. 2. APP PURPOSE Repeat Challenge is a repetition practice tool designed for scripture memorization, affirmations, speech practice, interview preparation, and personal development. The app provides tap counting, voice loop recording, text-to-speech playback, and timed practice sessions. 3. CORE FEATURES • Tap Mode: Manual tap counting with customizable sounds, haptic feedback, and visual effects. • Loop Mode: Record your voice reading an affirmation or scripture, then play it back on infinite repeat until you stop it. Also supports system Text-to-Speech looping. • Advance Mode: Step through text segments one at a time for focused practice. • Voice Recording: Record your voice using the device microphone for loop playback. • Sound & Effects: Toggle tap sound and screen flash effects on or off. 4. LOOP RECORDING FEATURE • You may record your voice reading affirmations, scriptures, or any text. • Recordings are saved locally and linked to the specific counter/affirmation. • Loop playback repeats continuously until you press Pause or Stop. • Recordings can be re-recorded at any time by pressing the microphone button again. 5. USER CONTENT You retain full ownership of all text, verses, affirmations, voice recordings, and content you create in the app. We do not claim any rights to your content. 6. BIBLE CONTENT The King James Version (KJV) text included in this app is in the public domain (originally published 1769). No copyright restrictions apply. 7. DONATIONS Donations are entirely voluntary and do not unlock any additional features or content. All features are available for free. Donations are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) billing systems. Refund policies are governed by the respective platform. 8. USER CONTROLS & DATA MANAGEMENT • Reset counters to zero without deleting them • Delete individual counters and their associated data • Delete all counters and history permanently • Export data (CSV format - coming soon) • All deletions are permanent and cannot be undone 9. AI FEATURES AI-powered grammar and speech suggestions are provided "as-is" and may not always be perfectly accurate. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. 10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES This app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall Repeat Challenge or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app. 12. MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 13.
